What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Utilize consultation skills to assess business needs and provide recommendations based on IO Psychology expertise
• Lead and participate in large project/program design for TeamVoice channels
• Stay connected to industry trends and conduct internal research to uncover employee sentiment trends
• Create and present insights and recommendations to key stakeholders
• Build strong relationships with internal and external partners and serve as a thought leader and mentor
What is Required (Qualifications):
• Four-year degree and 4+ years of HR experience with IO Psychology background
• 4+ years of consulting, storytelling, and change management experience
• Strong understanding of analytical and technical approaches, including self-service tools
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Prior experience with data visualization tools and Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
