Key Responsibilities
? Manage inbound communications by responding to phone calls, emails, and other inquiries regarding our loan services.
? Provide accurate information and assist clients with questions about loan products, terms, conditions, and application procedures.
? Guide clients through the loan application process by explaining required documentation and outlining subsequent steps.
? Address issues or concerns clients may have regarding their loan accounts, payments, and transactions.
? Ensure timely follow-up on customer requests and questions to enhance their experience.
? Accurately document all customer inquiries, issues, and resolutions in our CRM system.
? Collaborate with loan officers and other team members to deliver seamless customer service and escalate complex issues as needed.
? Stay informed about the latest loan products, policies, and industry regulations to better assist clients.
? Ensure all client interactions meet company policies and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills
? 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in loan services, banking, or financial services.
? Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly explain complex loan terms and processes.
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and telephone systems.
? Efficient problem-solving abilities and strong attention to detail.
? A passionate, customer-centric approach dedicated to delivering excellent service.
? Familiarity with loan products, such as home loans and personal loans, is advantageous.
