Position: Marketing Manager (Full-time, Remote)
About Us: We are a network of our hospitals, committed to providing after-hours care for canine and feline patients, bridging the gap between daytime general practice and emergency care. Our paperless clinics are equipped with cutting-edge technology to deliver efficient and compassionate care.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with our digital agency on paid ad strategy and execution.
Manage setup and maintenance of digital accounts including Google Business, Facebook, Instagram, Yelp, and Apple Maps.
Update website content, including location pages, team bios, and new initiatives.
Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing campaign performance.
Conduct market research and identify consumer behavior trends.
Ensure quality assurance on all digital platforms.
Occasionally create light graphics and undertake copywriting projects.
Secondary Responsibilities
Oversee review monitoring and escalate issues as necessary.
Serve as a marketing expert to small business operators within our network.
Problem-solving and troubleshooting.
Develop and maintain asset libraries.
Act as a marketing partner to our operations, providing expertise and support.
Skills, Knowledge, And Expertise
Bachelor's degree in marketing/communications preferred.
3-5 years of experience in a similar role with multiple locations.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Teams.
Familiarity with SEO/SEM campaigns, web analytics, and social media platforms.
Experience with reputation management tools like BirdEye and social media management tools like Hootsuite.
Strong copywriting skills for various mediums.
Ability to lead projects from conception to completion.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Willingness to present ideas and updates in group settings.
Flexibility for occasional travel and after-hours needs.
