Responsibilities
? Handle inbound calls from customers seeking assistance with their mortgage accounts, ensuring all interactions are handled professionally and promptly.
? Provide clear and knowledgeable responses to resolve customer inquiries and concerns about their mortgage servicing.
? Manage escrow analysis, process account changes, handle payoff requests, and address credit bureau disputes.
? Adhere to all regulatory and company procedures to ensure the safety and accuracy of customer mortgage information.
? Maintain a friendly and calm demeanor while navigating complex issues and addressing escalated calls.
? Act as a resource for other agents and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

Requirements
? At least 2 years of experience in mortgage servicing and call center environments.
? Strong customer service skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to handle high-volume call center tasks.
? Familiarity with MSP is a plus.
? Excellent communication, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
? Demonstrated professionalism and the ability to listen and respond empathetically to customers.
