About the position

Kelly Services is seeking Entry Level Repair Technicians to join our team in Las Vegas, Nevada. This position is a temp-to-hire opportunity, allowing candidates to transition into permanent roles after demonstrating their skills and reliability. The hiring process is designed to be quick and straightforward, making it easy for applicants to get started. The work schedule for this role is Monday through Friday, from 6 AM to 2:30 PM, with a competitive pay rate of $16.50 per hour. As a Repair Technician, you will be responsible for the set-up, calibration, testing, troubleshooting, and repair of various electronic assemblies, sub-assemblies, and electromechanical products. You will work from engineering specifications, blueprints, and verbal or written instructions to ensure that all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently. Your role will involve utilizing various test equipment to collect and summarize test results, inspecting and grading consumer electronics such as smartwatches, cameras, projectors, tools, kitchen appliances, video games, drones, and audio products. In addition to testing and repairing electronics, you will be responsible for using electronic equipment to scan assets into multiple user interfaces, performing functional tests of assets, and verifying that all components and accessories are present. A critical aspect of this role is ensuring the integrity and protection of personal consumer information by strictly verifying data erasure and product reset. You will be expected to perform all tasks as specified by the process work instructions or standard operating procedures, maintaining high standards of quality and safety throughout your work. This position requires a basic understanding of electronics and repair techniques, along with strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions. You should be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team, possess excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, and be adept at using various test equipment and tools.
