What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Fax, track orders, and manage treatment plans and documentation
? Assist with scheduling clinical staff to visit patients
? Monitor the Nurse Visit Board for exceptions and facilitate patient complaints
? Perform general office administration tasks such as filing, typing, and bookkeeping
? Ensure compliance with legal and ethical guidelines regarding patient confidentiality

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? High School diploma or equivalent
? At least 1 year of experience in general office administration
? Strong verbal and written communication skills for various audiences
? Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
? Experience providing customer service and managing multiple projects

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Previous home healthcare experience
? Familiarity with healthcare documentation and patient care processes
