Online Remote Live Chat Assistant
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Online Remote Live Chat Assistant to join our Customer Support team. As an Online Remote Live Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing real-time assistance to customers through online chat. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home.
Responsibilities
? Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through live chat
? Assist customers with product information, orders, and account inquiries
? Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to the appropriate team when necessary
