Job Description:

VocoVision is recruiting a Special Education Educator to provide online instructional services to K-12 students in Maryland. This independent contractor role for the 2024-2025 school year offers the opportunity to deliver impactful education from a remote setting.

Responsibilities: ? Create and execute individualized education plans (IEPs) through engaging virtual lessons. ? Partner with general education teachers to modify curriculum and support inclusive practices. ? Utilize data-driven approaches to assess student progress and adjust instructional methods accordingly.

Position Details:
? Contract Type: Independent Contractor
? Duration: Immediate start through May 2025
? Caseload: K-12 students with varying exceptionalities

Qualifications: ? Certified Special Education Teacher in Maryland ? Two or more years of experience in special education, with a preference for virtual teaching experience ? Competence in using virtual learning environments and assistive technologies
