Operational Excellence PM is charged with creating scalable change and continuous improvements to business operations with a specific focus on translation services. This role requires you to think outside the box, be customer focused and deliver results, while working in a fast paced environment. You will be solving issues with technology, quality of products and speed to... market.

Key job responsibilities
? Create and maintain multiple project timelines
? Communicate with internal and external stakeholders
? Utilize data to determine process improvement initiatives to improve quality and speed to market
? Identify risks and issues and provide mitigation strategies
? Work independently and manage ambiguous environments

Basic Qualifications
? 2+ years of program or project management experience
? Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications
? Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology
? Experience with Excel
? Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $47,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $107,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
