**Requirements:**

1. Bachelor? degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in an operational leadership role.

3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively across various departments.

5. Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with operational software.

6. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

7. Experience in remote team management and virtual communication tools.

**Educational Qualifications:**

A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field is required. Advanced degrees or professional certifications in operations management or leadership are highly preferred.

**Experience:**

Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role, ideally within a large, complex organization. Experience in the entertainment industry or related fields is a plus.
