What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Manage outbound calls to/from insurance providers in a call center environment
• Utilize multiple screens to assist with data entry and customer communication
• Multi-task effectively while engaging with customers
• Adhere to HIPAA guidelines to ensure privacy and compliance
• Maintain professionalism while being on camera during training and supervision

What is Required (Qualifications):
• Minimum of 6-12 months of call center experience
• Must be within a commutable distance to Houston, TX for onboarding
• Proven ability to thrive in a high-volume call center environment
• Capability to work in a quiet location with no distractions
• Must be able to appear on camera during training and as required by supervisors

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Experience in a medical or healthcare-related call center
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and guidelines
• Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and systems
