Responsibilities
? Maintain and manage multiple QuickBooks files by entering transactions.
? Reconcile bank, credit card, line of credit, and other accounts in QuickBooks.
? Audit vendor and customer accounts to ensure accuracy in accounts payable and receivable.
? Prepare and provide accurate financial statements.
? Obtain and verify necessary documentation to ensure transaction accuracy.
? Support small businesses with consistent financial guidance and important reminders.

Requirements
? Required:
? Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
? QuickBooks Online certification.
? Experience managing multiple QuickBooks files for different companies.
? Efficient typing and data entry skills.
? Professional phone etiquette.
? Strong correspondence writing and editing abilities.
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
? Preferred:
? Bachelor's degree.
