Job Type and Working Hours

Part-Time, Remote Position

Working Hours: Flexible, with shifts available between 9 AM ? 6 PM EST

Responsibilities
? Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly.
? Provide accurate information about our products and services.
? Resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary.
? Maintain customer records by updating account information.
? Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
? Collaborate with team members to improve the customer experience.
? Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge.
? Meet performance targets and contribute to team goals.

Hourly Salary Range
