Responsibilities
? Provide outstanding customer support by addressing patient inquiries and concerns over the phone
? Accurately enter and manage patient orders using our pharmacy management system
? Ensure all activities adhere to state and federal regulations, along with company policies and procedures
? Collaborate closely with pharmacists and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care
? Exhibit strong customer service skills and foster a collaborative work environment
? Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications
? Must reside in Arizona due to on-site training requirements
? Recent pharmacy technician experience is preferred
? Availability for on-site training and potential periodic additional training as new programs are implemented and systems updated

Education Requirements
? High school diploma or equivalent
? Completion of a pharmacy technician program is preferred

Education Requirements Credential Category
? Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT)

Experience Requirements
? Recent experience as a pharmacy technician is preferred
? Familiarity with pharmacy management systems and processes
