What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Process medical claims via electronic fax
? Assist patients with medical-related inquiries through inbound and outbound calls
? Conduct medical benefits investigations to ensure patient coverage
? Perform data entry and review patient billing and medical information
? Collaborate with carriers to facilitate medication coverage for patients

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? Minimum of 1 year of experience in medical benefits or prior authorization
? High School Diploma or equivalent
? Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle inquiries with professionalism
? Ability to multitask and use dual monitors effectively
? Demonstrated ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Previous experience in a medical call center or related field
? Great work attitude and willingness to assist others
