Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
? Design and produce marketing assets, such as flyers, brochures, and digital graphics, utilizing Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
? Ensure all creative work aligns with brand standards and project objectives.
? Assist in the planning, creation, and distribution of email marketing campaigns through HubSpot.
? Track performance metrics and provide actionable insights to enhance engagement rates.
? Collaborate with sales teams to understand their needs and develop customized marketing materials.
? Maintain effective communication between marketing and sales departments.
? Manage leads and customer data efficiently using Salesforce.
? Organize and oversee marketing files in cloud storage systems like Dropbox.
? Aid in tracking and analyzing digital campaigns using Google Analytics and Google Ads.
? Create reports to assess campaign performance and refine future strategies.

Required Skills
? Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
? Basic familiarity with HubSpot and Salesforce is preferred.
? Understanding of Google Analytics and Google Ads.
