In this essential role, you will spearhead the management and execution of customer-centric operations, encompassing Requests for Proposals (RFPs), pricing strategies, and financial forecasting. Your operational acumen, especially within the food distribution sector, will be crucial as you collaborate with customers and operational leaders to uncover insights, analyze data, and drive impactful solutions. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of three office days and two remote days, with occasional travel requirements of up to 20%.

Key Responsibilities
? Cultivate strong partnerships with customers to comprehend their specific needs and align our offerings with their strategic objectives. Collaborate closely with internal teams to devise and implement tailored solutions that foster success.
? Oversee the management of RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs, ensuring our responses are precise and punctual. Establish pricing proposals and annual financial strategies, which involve forecasting and cost analysis to enhance profitability.
? Direct customer projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks. Provide regular updates to stakeholders to maintain engagement and inform progress.
? Work collaboratively with customers to formulate long-term strategies, identify growth prospects, and enhance engagement through constructive feedback and strategy sessions.
? Lead initiatives focused on enhancing customer experience and operational efficiency. Partner with sales, finance, and operations teams to achieve collective objectives.
? Assess customer satisfaction metrics, resolve escalated issues, and nurture enduring relationships that promote loyalty and trust.

Required Skills
? A minimum of 5 years of experience in food or beverage logistics/distribution, concentrating on pricing, financial oversight, and data analytics.
? Demonstrated experience in food distribution operations, financial insights, and budget/profit and loss management.
? Proven ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions informed by operational and financial insights.
? Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities.
? Results-oriented, customer-centric, and adaptable to dynamic environments.
? Exceptional communication skills, with a willingness to travel up to 20%.
