Job Description
As a Remote Customer Service Representative at American Express, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. Requirements
– High school diploma or equivalent (Associate? or Bachelor? degree preferred).
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
– Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills.
– Proficiency in using computers and customer service software.
– Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
– Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus.
– Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
