Skills:
? Previous call center experience (minimum of 1 year)
? Knowledge or experience in the cosmetics or beauty industry (preferred)
? Strong phone etiquette and professional demeanor
? Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced online environment
? Excellent problem-solving abilities and sound judgment
? Clear verbal and written communication skills
? Proven ability to meet and exceed customer service expectations
? Proficient in computer use and typing skills (minimum 30 wpm)
