Remote Customer Service/Sales Representative - New York Residents Only

? Establish and nurture strong, trusting relationships with both new and existing clients.
? Conduct benefit reviews and provide assistance with claims or adjustments for current clients.
? Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing members? needs with diligence and attentiveness.
? Resolve any client inquiries or concerns related to their benefits.
? Ensure all client documentation is precise and up-to-date, performing necessary updates as required.
