Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering and managing data within our systems. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, strong clerical skills, and proficiency in various office software. The Data Entry Clerk will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our databases and ensuring that all information is up-to-date and easily accessible.

Responsibilities
? Accurately input and update data into databases and systems.
? Conduct research for data collection to ensure completeness and accuracy.
? Utilize pivot tables and other office tools to organize and analyze data.
? Perform clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, and maintaining records.
? Assist in the development and maintenance of data entry processes.
? Collaborate with team members to ensure data integrity and resolve discrepancies.
? Provide support in generating reports as needed.

Experience
? Proficiency in data entry with a strong understanding of office systems.
? Familiarity with databases and experience in managing large volumes of information.
? Basic math skills for verifying data accuracy.
? Ability to type efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
? Previous experience in clerical or administrative roles is preferred but not required.
? Strong computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
