Key Responsibilities
? Design and execute innovative and engaging educational experiences aligned with our curriculum and standards.
? Assist children in achieving developmental milestones while supporting their progress in observations and remote learning activities.
? Create a secure and compassionate environment for children and their families.
? Oversee activities to ensure the safety and well-being of all children under our supervision.
? Maintain open communication with children, parents, and colleagues to effectively address individual needs.

Required Skills
? Familiarity with child development principles.
? Understanding of early learning and developmental benchmarks.

? Strong organizational and time-management capabilities.

Qualifications
? A High School Diploma or GED is required; a CDA, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
? Background in working with children in a teaching or instructional role is advantageous, though not mandatory.
? Experience in early childhood education and childcare settings is valued.
? Knowledge in curriculum and lesson planning is a plus.
? Comfortable engaging with parents and guardians regarding child development and education.
