Job Overview
We are in search of a skilled Financial Analyst with extensive experience in behavioral healthcare budgeting and revenue modeling. This pivotal role focuses on enhancing the health outcomes of Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinics (CCBHCs) through comprehensive financial analysis and strategic insights. You will be instrumental in analyzing financial data, generating analytical reports, and advising on the implementation as well as the calibration of payment frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
? Assess and interpret financial information, encompassing revenues, expenditures, cost forecasts, and fiscal models.
? Draft and scrutinize CCBHC Cost Reports, budgets, and corresponding financial documentation.
? Propose actionable strategies to bolster financial sustainability, including evaluating and interpreting PPS results, tracking variances, pinpointing trends, and recommending corrective measures.
? Communicate clear and actionable financial analyses to stakeholders, including senior management and team members.
Required Skills
? Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
? 5-10 years of experience in fiscal management or administration, particularly emphasizing financial systems and governance.
? Robust understanding of accounting principles and financial management practices.
? Proficiency in auditing, billing compliance evaluations, and trend analysis related to outpatient treatment services and behavioral health clinics.
? Familiarity with CCBHC operations, healthcare billing, and regulatory policies impacting behavioral health provider revenue.
? Capability to collaborate efficiently with executive teams and personnel to achieve project objectives.
? Expertise in formulating financial analyses and articulating findings to varied audiences, including senior management and individuals with limited financial expertise.
