What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Dial outbound calls to potential customers who have expressed interest in specific products and book appointments for business partners
? Maintain a high degree of data accuracy while booking appointments for members
? Provide excellent written and verbal communication consistently
? Identify and escalate issues to supervisors when necessary
? Adapt to fast-changing guidelines and procedures while informing clients

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? High school graduate or G.E.D.
? Minimum of one year experience in an inbound/outbound call center or retail environment
? Excellent oral and written communication skills
? Ability to multitask while speaking on the phone and using a computer simultaneously
? Must be able to pass a background check

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Experience in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining established quality requirements
? Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
