Key Responsibilities
? Accurately transcribe depositions, hearings, and other judicial recordings, ensuring adherence to style guides and deadlines.
? Process audio recordings with meticulous attention to detail, producing verbatim transcripts.
? Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while handling sensitive information.
? Collaborate with our supportive in-office team for guidance when necessary.

Required Skills
? Proven experience in court reporting, scoping, or legal transcription.
? Exceptional listening skills and the ability to process complex audio/text content.
? Strong adherence to deadlines and client-specific style guides.
? Outstanding literacy skills, including comprehension, spelling, and grammar.
? Proficiency in typing with both speed and accuracy.
? Familiarity with legal terminology is essential.

? Ability to pass a background check is required.
