Job Description

Requirements

• Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in the state of practice


• Board Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner (AGNP), or similar


• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner


• Proficiency with telehealth technologies and electronic health records (EHR)


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities


• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth consultations and follow-up care to patients


• Diagnose medical conditions, develop and implement treatment plans


• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care


• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in the EHR system


• Educate patients on health management and disease prevention


• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards

Educational Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Nursing or related field from an accredited institution


• Current Nurse Practitioner Certification

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner


• Experience with telehealth consultations is preferred
