As a chat support agent, your primary duty will be responding to live chat messages on behalf of different businesses, using platforms like... Facebook Messenger. This is a remote role, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere without the need for in-person interactions.

Responsibilities
? Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through online chat
? Assist customers with product information, order status, and issue resolution
? Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers

Qualifications
