Compensation

Competitive salary range of (410,000 to )430,000

Hourly rate of $200 for part-time remote positions

Key Responsibilities
? Provide leadership and oversight of all psychiatric procedures while fostering relationships with consulting psychiatrists and physicians.
? Collaborate with the Executive and Directors Teams to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and uphold the quality of clinical programs.
? Conduct clinical assessments, prescribe appropriate medications, and educate clients and their families regarding healthcare.
? Offer guidance and support to program directors, therapists, and care teams, promoting best practices and effective interventions.
? Ensure timely documentation of medical evaluations and actively participate in the training and development of care providers.

Required Skills

? Proficient in prescribing medications and providing effective client education.
? Strong understanding of collaboration and compliance within a clinical setting.

Qualifications
? Doctor of Medicine (MD) from an accredited institution.
? Certification as a psychiatrist by the California Medical Board.
? Current and valid license to practice medicine in California.
? Valid California driver's license.
