Remote Sales/Customer Service Representative - NY Residents Only | WFH
Job Overview
We are in search of driven and proactive individuals to become part of our dedicated team as remote Customer Service/Sales Representatives. This role involves engaging with clients who have shown interest in securing supplemental benefits to safeguard their families beyond employer offerings. Your core duty will be to assist families in navigating their options, ensuring they select the plans that best suit their unique needs.
Key Responsibilities
? Initiate contact with individuals who have requested further information regarding our benefit offerings.
? Arrange and facilitate Zoom meetings to thoroughly review and clarify available benefits.
? Tailor new benefit plans and modify existing ones based on each client?s present requirements.
? Establish and nurture strong, trusting relationships with both new and existing clients.
? Perform benefit reviews and provide support for claims or adjustments for current clients.
? Deliver outstanding customer service, addressing members? needs with diligence and care.
? Resolve any client inquiries or issues related to their benefits.
? Maintain accurate and up-to-date client documentation, executing necessary updates punctually.
Required Skills
? Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
? Strong organizational skills.
? Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
? Previous experience in customer service and sales is advantageous.
? Capability to foster and sustain trusting relationships with clients.
Qualifications
? A high school diploma or its equivalent is mandatory.
? Experience in customer service or sales roles is preferred.
? Proficient problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
? Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
