Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 + Uncapped Commissions (1st yr OTE: $150K+; 2nd yr: $200K+) + Profit Sharing

? Develop & execute a business development strategy to expand reputation management services

? Serve as a subject matter expert, educating clients on best practices in reputation management

? Identify and engage prospective clients across diverse industries to drive business growth

? Conduct market research to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly

? Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders

? Act as a trusted advisor by providing actionable insights and recommendations

? Set and achieve revenue targets, while continuously identifying new growth opportunities

? Track and analyze business development metrics, ensuring alignment with company goals

? Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior leadership

? Bachelor?s degree required

? Proven experience in customer experience SaaS sales, specializing in reputation management solutions required

? Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive to innovate and achieve results required

? Experience managing complex sales cycles and negotiating contracts

? Willingness to travel up to 20% (domestic) required
