? Follow up with clients within one to two days to discuss your findings via phone, virtual meetings, or in-person consultations.
? Provide expert advice on the suitability of selected plans based on individual client needs.
? Assist clients through every step of the application process, ensuring a seamless experience.
? Submit applications for approval to the relevant carriers on behalf of clients.
? Maintain communication with carriers to monitor application statuses and keep clients informed.

Required Skills
? Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
? Exceptional customer service skills.
? Proficiency in using technology, including phones, laptops or desktop computers, and printers.
? Comfort with participating in virtual meetings and engaging in ongoing professional development.
? Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

Qualifications
