? Responsible for providing assistance and support to clients remotely.
? Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
? Assist clients with booking reservations and provide information about travel destinations.
? Provide personalized recommendations to enhance clients' travel experiences.
? Liaise with internal teams for timely resolution of client issues.
