We are seeking dedicated college students currently pursuing Education Degrees who possess a passion for tutoring K-12 students across various subjects. Key Responsibilities
? Provide personalized tutoring to K-12 students in designated subjects
? Develop engaging lesson plans tailored to students' unique needs
? Evaluate and document student progress regularly

? Communicate student needs and progress effectively with our educational team

Required Skills
? Strong ability to connect with students
? Excellent communication abilities

Qualifications
? Reading/English Tutors: Must be pursuing an Education/Teaching Degree
? Math Tutors: Proficiency up to Algebra 2 (Education Degree not required)
? Test Prep (ACT/SAT) Tutors: Strong ACT/SAT score (30/1400 or higher preferred)
? Preferred Experience: A minimum of one year in teaching or tutoring
