Remote Customer Service Representative
Shift One is currently looking for several Customer Service Representatives on first shift. Available shifts:
? Schedule A is Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
? Schedule B is Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
? Schedule C is Sunday to Thursday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative
? Answer and book incoming calls, emails, and other requests projecting a professional and memorable image to the customer
? Make outbound calls to book and confirm existing and potential customers to book the dispatch board to full capacity
? Selling services to consumers who call customer service. De-escalate situations involving customers, offering patient assistance and support
? Call clients and customers to inform them about the company?s new products, services and policies
? Guide callers through troubleshooting, navigating the company site or using the products or services
? Review customer or client accounts, providing updates and information about billing, shipping, warranties and other account items
? Collaborate with other call center professionals to improve customer service
? Help to train new employees and inform them about the company?s customer management policies
? Prepare call performance reports. Manage call performance
? Maintain database by entering information on every call
Requirements of the Customer Service Representative
? Strong communication, both written and verbal
? Great active listening skills
? Exceptional interpersonal and rapport building skills
? A patient and empathetic attitude
? Strong time management and organizational skills
? Adaptability and flexibility. Comfortable working in fast-paced environments
? Troubleshooting skills, either basic or advanced, depending on the role and industry
? Computer literacy. Phone skills, including familiarity with complex or multi-line phone systems
? Expertise in the customer service area they focus in, such as accounts, sales, technical support or another area
? Ability to speak multiple languages, especially those common among callers
Compensation for the Customer Service Representative
? Starting base pay is $16.00 to 18.00 / hr., depending on schedule & role
? Overtime is also available
? Weekly pay
? Paid Time Off (start accruing time immediately)
