As a Resort Reservations Specialist at Disney, you will be responsible for assisting guests with booking their dream vacations at our world-renowned resorts. You will provide exceptional customer service, answer inquiries, and make reservations using our reservation system. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for creating magical experiences for our guests.

Requirements:

1. High school diploma or equivalent

2. Previous customer service experience

3. Strong computer skills

4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team

5. Excellent communication skills

7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

1. Assist guests with booking resort reservations

2. Provide accurate information about resort amenities and services

3. Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, and chat

4. Process reservations using our reservation system

5. Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor at all times

6. Meet and exceed performance goals

7. Collaborate with team members to ensure guest satisfaction
