Compensation and Benefits

Salary Range: (55,000.00 to )105,000.00 annually, with bonus benefits. The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we?ll consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors.

Skills
? Bachelor?s degree in a relevant field (Finance, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, or Operations Research)
? 1 year of experience in core teams
? Strong communication skills
? Ability to work effectively in a team environment
? Knowledge of SQL, SAS, Java, Hive, Yellow Brick, or Python
? Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel)
? Ability to integrate with cross-functional business partners worldwide

Responsibilities
? Monitor credit portfolios and optimize profit-based risk management decisions
? Develop fraud prevention strategies on behalf of customers
? Collaborate with teams in Risk Management, Marketing, Finance, and Technology
? Shape strategies and policies for American Express products and services
? Manage enterprise risks through the customer lifecycle across global products
? Create machine learning-powered predictive models

Qualifications
? Bachelor?s degree in a relevant field
? Advanced degree (e.g. MS, PhD, or MBA) is a plus but not required
? Proven ability to drive project deliverables to achieve business results
? Ability to learn quickly and work independently with unstructured initiatives
