What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Conduct telemarketing and sales activities to promote insurance products and services
• Assist customers with benefits administration and insurance sales
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

What is Required (Qualifications):
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Familiarity with insurance products and sales administration is a plus
• Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is highly desirable

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• 0-2 years of experience in insurance sales or customer service
• Previous experience in a telemarketing role
• Additional language proficiency
