About the Role
As a Sales & Marketing Intern, you will play a key role in engaging with clients, executing marketing campaigns, and providing academic support to students. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales, marketing, and customer relations while working in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
GCC Administrative Responsibilities
? Respond to client inquiries via email, WhatsApp, and social media to ensure excellent customer service.
? Assist with scheduling and follow-ups to enhance customer engagement.
Sales & Marketing Duties
? Engage with potential clients through social media and online channels to generate leads and drive engagement.
? Develop and execute marketing strategies, including:
? Active posting on social media platforms
? Designing and sending email marketing campaigns
? Re-engaging with previous clients to build long-term relationships
Student Academic Support
? Prepare and send academic reports to students following consultation calls, ensuring clear communication of their progress and recommendations.
Who We're Looking For
Fluent in English & Arabic (Both spoken and written)
Currently a student (University/College)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Experience or interest in social media marketing & sales
Ability to work independently and proactively
Familiarity with tools like WhatsApp Business, Instagram, Facebook, and email marketing platforms is a plus!
