This is an onsite position in Omaha, Nebraska, we are in a hybrid office model.

Qualifications: ? Must be located/willing to relocate to Omaha, Nebraska and be onsite day 1 ? Minimum 5-6 years experience as a business analyst (preferably in the HR space) ? 1 year of Scrum Master experience (leading standups, running scrum and working actively in the role of a scrum master) ? Knowledge of Scrum Methodology ? Looking for a strong business analyst with experience in working closely with business and technical teams ? Obtain requirements and creating functional specifications ? Functional testing before deploys ? Working with business in the intake process and prioritization. ? Sound knowledge of the Jira tool. ? Experience with working in the human resources space ? Experience as business and functional analyst for SAP SuccessFactors recruiting and onboarding modules ? Experience conducting and coordinating functional testing and support deploys ? Knowledge of Jira
