What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Strengthen customer relationships by providing exceptional support and being the face of the employer with customers
• Analyze data to understand customer engagement, identify product enhancements, and promote user adoption
• Track customers' value, retention, and satisfaction to expand the employer's footprint
• Partner with employer customers to establish and execute communication strategies maximizing impact
• Collaborate with product and sales teams to innovate on products and deliver value to customers

What is Required (Qualifications):
• 5+ years of customer success experience
• Experience with carriers, brokers, benefits admin/ben tech providers, or direct-to-employer relationships
• Entrepreneurial approach and comfort with ambiguity
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Clear, empathetic, and proactive communicator

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• PMP experience is a plus
