? Lead the team's strategic effort to define, measure and improve quality
? Guide data scientists through advanced modeling and inference tasks
? Develop and refine Data Science strategy for Quality
? Ensure accuracy and effectiveness of sophisticated models
? Act as the liaison between Data Science Quality team and product organization
? Partner with product, engineering and finance teams to align on goals
? Drive development of innovative strategies leveraging data science techniques

Requirements: ? 12+ years of experience with a Bachelor?s degree or Masters/PhD in a relevant field ? Experience managing individual contributors (ICs) ? Deep understanding of machine learning, predictive modeling, and data-driven product development ? Strong track record of experience in data science, with expertise in forecasting and marketplace dynamics ? Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to influence and drive change in a cross-functional environment ? Proven experience in... developing and implementing data-driven strategies to address complex problems ? Excellent communication skills ? Strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and problem-solving
