Staffing Coordinator/Entry Level Recruiter (Remote)

We are a dynamic and growing company looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Staffing Coordinator/Entry Level Recruiter to join our team. If you're passionate about organization, have excellent communication skills, and a talent for finding the right candidates, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities: ?Conduct Front-facing virtual interviews on Zoom ?Assist with daily administrative tasks such as scheduling, data entry, and email management. ?Support the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. ?Maintain and update candidate databases and tracking systems. ?Coordinate and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process. ?Assist with onboarding new hires and ensuring all documentation is completed. ?Provide general support to the HR team and other departments as needed.
Qualifications: ?Previous experience in an account management or recruitment role is preferred. ?Confident in your ability to speak English ?Excellent written and verbal communication skills. ?Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. ?Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. ?Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Zoom and comfortable using various software tools. ?A proactive and positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.

?$4.50 USD per hour
Requirements: ?Background in recruiting is a plus. ?Proven track record of successfully completing administrative tasks. ?Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills. ?C1-C2 English proficiency (near-native or native level). ?A computer with Windows 8 or newer, or Mac OS 2015 or newer. ?Full-time availability. ?Qualities we value: ?Persistent and results-oriented. ?Creative and organized to work efficiently and collaboratively. ?Ability to self-manage; we are not looking to micro-manage. ?Positive, team-oriented attitude and a 'people person.' ?Initiative-driven, open-minded, and teachable.
