Responsibilities: ? Assist the teacher in implementing daily lesson plans and classroom activities. ? Provide individual and small group instruction to students as needed. ? Monitor student behavior and provide appropriate support and redirection. ? Prepare and maintain classroom materials and supplies. ? Contribute to a positive and inclusive classroom culture. ? Assist with student supervision during recess, lunch, and other activities. ? Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and other school staff. ? Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: ? High school diploma or equivalent. ? Experience working with children preferred. ? Strong interpersonal and communication skills. ? Ability to work collaboratively with a team. ? Patience, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude.
