Job Description

CVS Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Telehealth Nurse to join our dynamic healthcare team. As a Telehealth Nurse, you will provide high-quality virtual care to patients, ensuring they receive timely medical advice, care coordination, and support. In this remote position, you will work from the comfort of your home while delivering exceptional care to patients across various demographics and medical needs. Your role will involve assessing patient conditions, providing medical guidance, coordinating care plans, and documenting patient information accurately in our electronic health records system.

Requirements

– Valid and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of residence

– Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in a telehealth or remote setting

– Strong knowledge of telehealth platforms and electronic health records (EHR) systems

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

– Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment

– Strong organizational and time-management abilities

– Proficiency in using computer systems and navigating multiple software applications

Responsibilities

– Provide virtual patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment recommendations

– Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care

– Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care

– Document patient interactions and care plans accurately in the EHR system

– Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary

– Participate in continuous education and training to stay current with best practices and telehealth technologies

– Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with all healthcare regulations and standards

Educational Qualifications

– Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution preferred

Experience

– At least 2 years of clinical nursing experience, with a preference for experience in telehealth or remote patient care settings
