Job Description

UPS is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Job Application Reviewers. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating job applications with a keen eye for detail, helping us ensure that we continue to hire top talent.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing and evaluating job applications and resumes


• Ensuring that applicants meet the required qualifications for the position


• Communicating with candidates via email or phone for additional information


• Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements


• Maintaining accurate and organized records of applicant information

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills


• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively


• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)


• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus

Educational Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required


• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
