What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Design and build required monthly reports for change orders and procurement initiatives
• Analyze data and provide assessments and recommendations to team members
• Conduct deep dive reviews of data and meet one-on-one with customers, including colleges
• Identify impacts or changes needed to policies and procedures
• Create end-user training content to improve compliance with changes

What is Required (Qualifications):
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills
• Ability to read and interpret policy and law, including Virginia Procurement law
• Proven leadership skills and ability to work as a leader
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong understanding and implementation of change management principles

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Experience in the education sector or procurement-related roles
• Familiarity with creating training content or conducting training sessions
• Knowledge of comparative assessments related to higher education and state policies
