Compensation Structure
? Pay will be based on your experience and the specific budget of the district, generally averaging between $45 and $50 per hour.

Essential Qualifications
? A Master?s degree in Physical Education with a specialization in Adaptive Education is required.
? Valid certification in Adaptive Physical Education from the California Department of Education is mandatory.
? National certification is a plus but not essential.
? Experience with online teaching is preferred but not required.

? A reliable home computer with high-speed internet access is essential for effective teaching.
