Job Summary

In this role, you will provide real-time assistance to customers via chat, helping them navigate the Amazon platform, resolve issues, and answer questions. Key Responsibilities

? Documentation: Accurately record customer interactions and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
? Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as response time, customer satisfaction, and resolution efficiency.

Qualifications
? Education: High school diploma or equivalent; an Associate?s or Bachelor?s degree is a plus.
? Experience: Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a chat or remote setting. Experience with e-commerce or tech support is a plus.
? Technical Skills: Proficient with computers, web-based tools, and chat software. Familiarity with CRM systems is advantageous.
? Typing Speed: Strong typing skills with a minimum speed of [X] words per minute.
