Job Description

CVS Health is seeking a meticulous and compassionate Virtual Nurse Case Reviewer to join our dynamic team. As a Virtual Nurse Case Reviewer, you will play a crucial role in evaluating patient cases to ensure the provision of high-quality care and effective resource utilization. Your primary responsibilities will include reviewing medical records, assessing treatment plans, and ensuring that patients receive the appropriate level of care. Requirements:

• Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience
• Strong understanding of medical terminology and healthcare procedures
• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Responsibilities:

• Review and evaluate patient medical records and treatment plans
• Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and regulations
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care
• Identify and address any discrepancies or gaps in patient care
• Provide recommendations for alternative treatment options when necessary
• Document findings and communicate effectively with the healthcare team
• Participate in continuing education and training to stay current with industry standards

Educational Qualifications:
