#### Key Responsibilities
? **Design Tailored Learning Plans:** Develop individualized learning plans tailored to the specific needs of each student.
? **Lead Engaging Online Sessions:** Conduct group classes and one-on-one sessions using interactive virtual learning platforms.
? **Customize Curriculum Materials:** Adapt and modify curriculum resources to align with each student's learning objectives.
? **Assess and Interpret Progress:** Administer educational assessments online and analyze results to inform instructional strategies.
? **Collaborate for Success:** Work collaboratively with families, teachers, and support staff to ensure a holistic approach to student achievement.
? **Track Student Progress:** Maintain accurate records of student development, interventions, and outcomes.
? **Participate in IEP Meetings:** Attend virtual IEP meetings and parent-teacher conferences to discuss student progress and outline future steps.

#### Qualifications
? Master's degree in Special Education.
? Valid state teaching license with a special education endorsement.
? Minimum of 3 years' experience in special education, preferably in an online setting.
? Proficiency in using assistive technology and digital learning tools.
? Strong written and verbal communication skills.
? Ability to inspire and actively engage students in a virtual classroom environment.
? Flexibility and adaptability to the diverse needs of students.
